PulseData, Inc. (“PulseData”) protects our customer’s personal information to maintain their privacy. Website
Visitors to the Website are free to view the Website at any time. Visitors do not need to provide personal information to access the Website’s contents, however they may choose to provide contact information through forms. PulseData does not publish any personal information about customers or visitors on the Website nor share any personal information with third parties without first receiving their explicit and informed consent with the only exception being cases where PulseData is required to do so by law or regulation. Platform
Users of the Platform must first be authorized by PulseData to have access to the Platform. PulseData will give each user, in a secure manner, a unique user ID and initial password. Upon first using the Platform users will be prompted to change their password as well as provide an email address. Neither the user ID, password, nor email address will be published or shared with a third party with the only exception being cases where pulseData is required to do so by law or regulation.
We will never email you to ask for your password, user ID, account numbers, or any other personal information. Do not respond to such communications. These messages are most likely fraudulent and meant to steal your information in a tactic called “Phishing”.
Username and Password
If you become a user of the Platform, it is your responsibility to not share your user ID or password. We inform you that sharing such information could allow someone to log in into your account on the Platform and access your personal information.

PulseData will save your personal information with your other account or contact information. The information will be held until there is no longer an existing or possible future customer relationship or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.

PulseData reserves the right to collect the IP (Internet Protocol) address of computers that access the Website or Platform. Since the IP address is assigned to the device and it is not known who is using the device the IP address is not considered personally identifiable information. You should be aware that, from an IP address, a visitor’s internet service provider and geographic location can be determined. PulseData may use summaries of this data to understand how to improve the Website.
